Stealing and destroying the bricks of the ancient writings of Chaghazanbil!        

Khuztab: The researcher of cultural heritage of Khuzestan announced the destruction and theft of bricks of ancient writings of Chaghazanbil.

Mojtaba Ghestoni, a reporter and activist in the field of cultural heritage of Khuzestan, wrote in this regard: Chaghazanbil Mosque, the first work of Iran's world registration in UNESCO, has many pains in its body and these wounds are getting fresher every time.

Not long ago, while visiting Chagharanbil Ziggurat, I witnessed the destruction of parts of ancient bricks and inscriptions left over from the Elamite era (13th century BC) in this building.

But the fact was that since the days before my visit, parts of ancient bricks and inscriptions left over from ancient times had been stolen and destroyed.
