Apartment prices in Tehran are more expensive than Manhattan!
A 470-meter apartment in District 1 of Tehran has been advertised for 650 billion tomans on one of the publishing platforms.

In other words, a meter is about 1.4 billion tomans, which is equivalent to 30 thousand dollars, while the average price of a house in Manhattan, as the most expensive neighborhood in the world, in New York, USA, is about 20 thousand dollars per meter.
This means that the price of an apartment in Tehran for sale is 1.5 times the price of a house in the most expensive place in the world.
